Strawberry Peach Salsa
A mixture of sweet, salt, and spice makes this mouthwatering fruit salsa perfect for summer days. Scoop it up with our Old Fashion Tortilla Chips or top off your tacos with it.
Ingredients
1 bag of La Tapatia/Sol de Oro Tortilla Chips
2 peaches, pitted and diced* (peeled if desired, but not necessary)
2 cups strawberries, chopped into cubes
4 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
½ cup chopped red onion
1-2 jalapenos chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
*You can substitute Mangoes for an equally yummy salsa
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix well. Sprinkle with salt to your desired taste.
2. Cover and chill before serving.
