Kathy's Party Salsa

Our family friend brought this dish to a party once. The salsa mixture with a touch of lime juice is so yummy, every last bite is guaranteed to be scooped up. Any of our tortilla chips make a perfect pair with this salsa, but we are going to go ahead and suggest our Old Fashion Tortilla Chips this time around.

1 Package of La Tapatia, Sol de Oro, or Golden Sun Tortilla Chips
1 avocado chopped into bite size pieces
1 tomato chopped into bite size pieces
1 bunch of cilantro chopped
1 small white onion chopped
1 can of sweet corn
1 can of black beans (drained & rinsed)
1 can of Herdez Ranchero salsa (or 1 cup of any jar/can salsa you prefer)
Juice of one lime
Oregano to taste
Cumin to taste


Add all ingredients through salsa to a large mixing bowl. Gently stir to combine. Add lime, oregano, and cumin. Stir once more to combine flavors. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Scoop up with tortilla chips...or add to our flour tortillas for a tasty wrap.
