Pizza-tilla

Pizza night can be custom made for everyone with our tortillas. Everyone can choose their favorite tortilla (gorditas, low carb, protein packed, multigrain...they all make perfect pizzas!) and any toppings their heart desires. Meatless pizzas can be piled high with veggies and various cheeses. Warning: these pizzatillas are so delicious you may find yourself slightly obsessed.

INGREDIENTS

1 La Tapatia or Sol de Oro Tortilla
¼ cup sauce (marinara, pesto, olive oil and garlic, barbecue sauce...any kind you love!)
⅓ cup or less shredded/crumbled cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, goat, feta)
Any toppings you might like!

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place the tortilla on a baking sheet or cast iron pan.
Spread the sauce over the tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese and toppings evenly across the tortilla, leaving ½” of empty space around the edges.
Bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool a few minutes before slicing.
