Festive Guacamole
Everyone loves this easy appetizer! A perfect party dip for the holiday season with its bright festive colors, it won't last long.
Ingredients

1 16 oz. bag La Tapatia Tortilla Chips
3 ripe medium avocados
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup diced white onion
1 jalapeño, seeds removed and minced
1 cup diced tomato
Cilantro to garnish
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the seed. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and put into a medium bowl.
Add the lime juice, white onion, tomatoes, and jalapeño. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste. Using a fork, mash the avocado until you’ve reached desired consistency. Serve with La Tapatia Chips.
