Holday "Pear"Fection Salsa
A vibrant fresh salsa that will brighten up you day.
1 package La Tapatia/Sol de Oro Chips
2 pears, cored and diced
1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds/arils
1/2 of red onion, diced
1/2 cup fresh, chopped cilantro
1 lime, juiced
drizzle of honey
sprinkle of salt if desired
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or lid and chill in fridge.
3. Serve and enjoy with your favorite La Tapatia/Sol de Oro Chips.
