Quick Fix Peanut Butter & Banana Wrap

When you're running on empty and need a quick snack to keep you going, this snack will do the trick. A delicious spin on a peanut butter and banana sandwich, this "Wrap" is made with a toasted Berrytilla for a delightful treat.

1 La Tapatia Wrap or tortilla
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1/2 of a banana, sliced

Ingredients

Directions

1. Warm your tortilla or wrap on a comal or flat pan. Allow it to begin to toast slightly on each side.
2. Remove from heat, and place your tortilla on a plate. Proceed to spread peanut butter evenly over one side of the tortilla.
3. Add banana slices to the peanut butter, then fold to a half moon shape.
4. Slice and serve immediately.
This is a great morning or afternoon meal for picky kids...or busy adults!
