Pizza-tilla

This recipe makes pizza night super affordable AND faster than waiting for the delivery guy. Any of our flour tortillas are perfect for this recipe. We especially love our Gorditas and Low Carb tortillas when making pizza. For a memorable get-together, set up your ingredients and allow your friends to make their own pizzas.

1 La Tapatia or Sol de Oro Tortilla
¼ cup sauce (marinara, pesto, olive oil and garlic, barbecue sauce...any kind you love!)
⅓ cup or less shredded/crumbled cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, goat, feta)
Any toppings you might like!

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place the tortilla on a baking sheet or cast iron pan.
Spread the sauce over the tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese and toppings evenly across the tortilla, leaving ½” of empty space around the edges.
Bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool a few minutes before slicing.
