Similar to the taco salad, this tasty combination of chips, fresh herbs, and your choice of meat is perfect for an appetizer or lunch.

| Ingredients:

1 bag SOL DE ORO tortilla chips 1 head lettuce, shredded finely 1/2 onion, chopped finely 2 tomatoes, chopped finely 6 sprigs fresh coriander, chopped finely 2 green chiles, chopped finely 8 ozs. cooked chicken, turkey or beef, cut into chunks, or shredded canned tuna fish 1 lime or lemon, juiced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper For garnish: 1 ripe avocado, cut into wedges 1 sprig fresh coriander

| Instructions:

| Mix together all ingredients except SOL DE ORO tortilla chips. Just before serving, break chips into small pieces and toss lightly into salad. Garnish with avocado wedges and a sprig of coriander.
